Refunds & Cancellations

At Bluestrides Financial Services Private limited, we value our customers and strive to provide the best service experience. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for payments made through Razorpay.

1. Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests can be raised by contacting us at info@bluestrides.com / +917795921246.

  • Cancellation acceptance depends on the nature of the product/service and the order status.

  • If an order/service is eligible for cancellation, we will confirm the cancellation and process a refund accordingly.

  • Razorpay only facilitates online payments and does not handle cancellations directly.

2. Refunds

Once a cancellation/refund request is approved by Bluestrides Financial Services Private limited, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • Refunds can be full or partial, depending on the case and eligibility.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • We initiate approved refunds within 5 business days.

  • After initiation, refund credit time depends on banks/payment networks and typically takes 5–10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.

4. Non-Refundable / Non-Cancellable Cases (Recommended)

Refunds/cancellations may not be provided for:

  • Completed services / delivered digital products

  • Services already availed or partially availed

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Wrong information provided by the customer (wrong address/phone/email)

  • Any other case where refund is not feasible as per business rules

5. Failed Payments / Duplicate Payments

If the amount is deducted but the payment status shows failed, the amount is usually reversed by the bank automatically within 5–7 business days.
For duplicate payments, customers can contact us with transaction details for resolution.
